I'm making shepherd's pie w/leftover mashed potatoes.

Going to try a new recipes called Chicken broccoli and brown rice casserole. It's from scratch, though in the past, this hasn't helped my husband like casserole any better.

Dinner: Kids and I have to eat early. ds1's school is having a bingo night at his school. CP pot roast with carrots and mashed potatoes. MMMM!
