What's cooking tonight?

We are having something quick and easy, tuna melts on english muffins topped with cheddar cheese. Fruit salad and chips.

Going to try a new recipes called Chicken broccoli and brown rice casserole. It's from scratch, though in the past, this hasn't helped my husband like casserole any better.
