What are you having?

We are having a new recipe I found last night to use up some beef I had in the freezer.It is Shredded Beef Chimichanga's with cheese,sour cream and salsa.

The boys don't like this so for them it will be ramen noodles and chili.

I was going to make a dessert but we have some much ice cream in the freezer they need to use up!

well its rainy and crappy here so i think i will make some salsbury steaks potatoes and corn.. we have ice cream to use up as well.

Infamous chicken salad.

I am making enchiladas, 1/2 with chicken and 1/2 with shredded beef. I will also make a side of Lipton spanish rice and black beans.

Boneless BBQ pork ribs
Don't know on a vegetable yet.

Breakfast: Homemade blueberrie waffles, scrambled eggs with cheese and juice
Lunch: LOs-tuna salad or soup
Dinner: I have to work late. So I think before I run out the door, I will put a Banquet boxed meal in the oven-Lasagna. I will make dh warm up some green beans and they can also have some salad too. I will probably come home and make a quick turkey sandwich.

and there's still a few pieces of lo pizza if anyone wants one!
