Ok I read this post earlier and knew it would take time to write this.. so here I am..

Meals:

**Foil packets (great for left over meat from a previous meal, burgers, chicken, steak)
spray tin foil well with pam, add any kind of can veggies.. We usually open up corn, peas and carrots, green beans and mushrooms and potatoes. Canned potatoes are great for camping.. Put what ever you like in the packet, add a bit of butter, season to your liking salt pepper, seasoned salt.

What about sliced steak or roast beef, onions and green peppers. You can serve as is or on hogie buns.

Left over chicken with onions and hot sauce

We also to kalbasa and qrout in the foil packets

** tonka pie irons

pizza's use bread or english muffins, spray inside of pie irons, put your bread in, add the pizza fixings that you like, close and cook agout 2 minutes on each side.

grilled cheese

grilled peanut butter

grilled ham and cheese~ add a little mayo or ranch dressing. sprinkle a little garilc powder to jazz it up.

stacked dagwoods~ we use thousand island dressing with ham and cheese.

Any sandwich ideas you have can be grilled in a pie iron.

Don't forget about making dessert in them too.. pie filling works great.

But have you tried, bannana, chocolate chip and mini marshmallow?

Smores: tons of ways to fix them

chocolate covered graham crackers work good

oatmeal raisin cookies with chocolate squares and marshmallow

What about Resee's peanut butter cup? yummy

Breakfast:

egg in the hole

scrambled omlets - add what you like

My personal favorite~ campfire beer butt chicken. We bought the double chicken holder then clean and put your can of beer in the holder and let cook. Depending on the heat from your coal as to how long it takes.

We also do sweet potatoes on the fire and top with butter, cinnamon and sugar..

Hope that helps
