i use the butt end of a butter knife for boxes that have those tabs on them. less frustrating.

I don't seem to have a problem with name brand boxes- like Kraft mac and cheese, but off brand or store brand boxes you can forget it. I was actually thinking about this tonight while trying to open a box of Kroger brand instant mashed potatoes.

What I have a problem with is the bags of frozen veggies or meat, even when they have the perferation to show you where to tear to open, I still can't....
