My husband was crazy for pumpkin bread for awhile but now he is burnt out on eating it. I still have 5 bags of puree in the freezer. What else do you make with your puree? Each bag equals about a can of pumpkin filling.

We mostly use pumpkin in spice muffins... just add 1 cup to a spice cake mix.

You could also make pumpkin pancakes or pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.

It is yummy . . . especially with a few chocolate chips added to it, too
