sure

They are very easy in the oven too. I just roast it at 325 for however long (depending on the size). Sometimes we marinate it and sometimes not.

If it is a SUPER huge one (7-10+ lbs), slice it up into chops or smaller roasts and freeze them. When they are on sale I usually get one and get several meals out of it. I think the last time I got about 8.5 lbs for $15 or so, and got 4 dinners out of it.

Actually that's what we are having tonight.

I buy pork loins whenever they are a good deal and slice them up into chops.

The last time I bought a loin, I let it sit in my fridge too long so I cooked it, THEN cut it up into portions to freeze. That has actually been a big time saver, I just toss them into the mic to defrost, then reheat in the oven with a sauce in half the time it takes to cook raw ones.

I might go snag one - our store is having a meat sale today, and they have $10 off coupons for pork loins.

I have a food saver, so I cut them into 1" chops, and then if they are pretty big, I leave one or two 4-5" "roasts" and pack those up.

DH says the chops from the loins I cut up here at home and freeze are a lot more tender than the precut chops from the store. Plus, I can shave off most of the fat, and there is no bone.
