recently I got two packages of stew meat and thought it was the beef I always use. I defrosted one package to make my regular stew and and discovered it was pork. I made the recipe anyway and it was not good with the pork in it. I still have one package left, so i am needing a recipe that would use pork stew meat.

TIA!
