3 Cups Elbow Macaroni, Uncooked
1/3 Cup Italian Dressing
1/4 Cup Green Onion, Chopped
3 Eggs, Hard-Boiled, Chopped
1 Lb. Ham, Cooked & Chopped
3/4 Cup Celery, Chopped
2 Teaspoons Powdered Chicken Stock
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
Dash Pepper
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise



Cook macaroni in 6 qt. saucepan in 4 qts. water until tender, about 8 minutes. Place in colander and rinse in cold water until cool; drain well. Put macaroni in a large bowl; add Italian dressing and green onions, toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Chop hard boiled eggs, reserving several wedges for garnish. Combine macaroni, hame celery, egg, chicken stock and seasonings. Blend in mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with reserved egg if desired.

2 c. cooked ham, diced
1 (28 oz.) or 2 (16 oz.) cans Bush's baked beans
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce

-Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
-Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
-Makes 6 servings.
Optional: Serve over cooked rice.

1 lb. ground beef, lightly browned
1 c. celery
1 c. chow mein noodles
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can tomato soup

-Combine all and pour into casserole.
-Mixture will be thin but noodles absorb the moisture.
-Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

4 Tbs butter, softened
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs white fish fillet (like cod, or orange roughy)

Mix all but fish in small bowl.
eat skillet,add butter mix.
Add fish and saute for about 6-7 min on each side.
Garnish with lemon wedges

This is a great fast and easy way to make a DARN GOOD fish!!!

5 Tbsp. butter, melted

-Cool. Add:

3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

-Beat well. Add:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

-Beat again. Fold in:

8 oz. Cool Whip
4-5 crushed Health bars

**Great on chocolate cake.

This sounds good.I just saved this one for our next menu if it doesn't get to hot to have soup by then.

The Italian Dressing and Mayo is making my mouth water!I saved this one for this summer.
