No...but I really dislike mayo. I don't make it or buy it! LOL! I remember, growing up, my mother and my grandmother used to make it all the time.

Ive made it a couple times....but its been a long while actually.......it's very simple...you wont have any problems and it always turns out fine.

No, I never have, but I do have some of my grandma's recipes for it. I have been just too scared to make it afraid of it not turning out and then wasting ingredients.

Cool!!! Does anyone know what the shelf life or "fridge life" would be? Do you have to use homemade Mayo immediately??

I just tried it and it was SUPER EASY. It only took about 5 minutes. I used lemon juice instead of vinegar to make it more tangy. I've heard that it's safe to store in the fridge for two weeks.

I usually do mine in the food processor..I never even thought about using my stand mixer!
