I LOVE our bread machine. It was given to us a few years ago, and we used it as a treat once in a while. But since gas and groceries began skyrocketing, I've stopped buying bread at the store and using the bread machine exclusively, and it's great. Here's something I learned: If you wrap up your bread almost right away instead of letting it cool, the crust stays soft and it's much easier to slice. But maybe that's common knowledge.. I've never made homemade bread without the machine . I especially like using it to make pizza dough!
