What's cooking??? Or where ya going???

dh is going to bbq...my inlaws are coming for supper too.

I made the pineapple pancake recipe into belgian waffles this morning like lburgess and they were fantastic.(It was actaully more like brunch since dd and dh snuck out early this morning and woke me up w/an iced cappucchino and a triple choc muffin ...dd was dying to do this for me~cute huh)

lunch is gonna be baked potatoes loaded w/broccoli n cheese...it's suddenly turned cold n rainy here and that just sounds good-plus dh is dyin for some broccoli.

I'm not sure what were doing for dinner...might go out or I might rotisserie a chicken w/mashed potatoes,green beans,homemade noodles n stuffing...not sure.

and for dessert I know were going out for Strawberry Shortcakes at a local ice cream shop that makes a great homemade style one!

My meals have basically all gotten mixed up the last few days so what I had planned on Friday will actually be tonights supper which I am taking to my parents house:

Tatertot Breakfast casserole
Bake some muffins
My mom will make the dessert and she wouldn't tell what it is, suppose to be a surprise!

Breakfast: I got up and made some crepes. They were yummy. Filled them with strawberries and topped with a little whipped cream. I also made up some scrambled eggs with cheese and some bacon. MMM!
Lunch: LO homemade pizza. I will warm that up in the oven and we will have some salads and apricots with it.
Dinner: Not sure yet what we are doing. Thinking of doing some CP swiss steak over noodles.

I made chicken & noodle casserole. Yummy! We are doing a cookout for mother/father's day combined in a few weeks.

For lunch we all went out to Panera Bread, so dinner was something light, Chicken and vegetable quesadillas with salsa.
