2 1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon

*NOTE*
All Jerk seasoniongs have cinn (and sometimes nutmeg in them in)I dont really care for that aspect of it so I personally leave out the cinnamon!
