Anyone have a really good flank steak recipe? My sis and I are thinking about having flank steak on the menu for my mom's bday buffet dinner. I'm in the process of searching allrecipes.com, but thought I'd ask the recipe gold mines here too.

It's really good if you marinade it in teriyaki (at least overnight) and slice it very thinly after grilling. I think my mom gets hers tenderized when she does it. Also - it's GREAT for anything Mexican - fajitas, carne asada, etc.
