I grilled a pork tenderloin Friday night. Are the leftovers still good or should I throw them out?

They should be fine, since they were fully cooked and put in the ref.

As long as you refridgerated promptly, and kept it cold, it is good for 7 days. Just make sure when you reheat, you reheat it fully.
