My SIL requested a large cookie for her birthday instead of cake. I am planning to make one sugar cookie and one chocolate chip. My thought is to bake in a 9" springform pan. I also have a very light colored aluminum pizza pan that has holes in the bottom (it ruins a pizza every time) which I could use. Should I change the baking temperature or anything about my cookie recipes? If anyone has made these kind of cookie cakes, please share any advice you have. Thanks!
