T Bone? Porterhouse? Filet Mignon? NY Strip?

Although, like most $ale price has a BIG influence over our choice....I would have to say we prefer NY Strips and Porterhouse.

Filet.

We also like the delmonico/ribeyes & they are frequently in the clearance bin at our grocer.

It really depends on my mood...I like a nice filet mignon, but I'll often pick a sirloin for more flavor. I make flank steak a lot, it's a family fav at our house, it doesn't comeout tough for me and it has good flavor.

We like delmonico's and tenderloins. But rarely go on sale at my approved meat price of $2 lb. So it's usually a special occasion meal.
