What are some of your recipes that you cook when it's just too freaking hot outside?
You know, the almost to hot to eat.

can you believe it's suppose to hit 39 here in Ohio tonight


one thing we def do is salads....when I know a heat waves comin I always try to prepare for it and grill up a batch of chicken ahead and we have cold grilled chicken over salads.

We will also do some pasta salads(Staceys "pepperoni pasta salad"posted here is a family fave)Or the classic Taco salad(the cold one w/the doritos and catalina)

sometimes to we'll just do a big fruit plate and some cheese and crackers(we are smoked swiss junkies here)
