I almost always do boneless/skinless....I hate the hastle of grilling bone in

I know they're a little pricey, but I love to marinate tenderloins, stick them on a skewer and grill them! So simple!

i don't do bone in chicken we only buy boneless skinless chicken breasts.

The only chicken I buy is boneless skinless chicken breasts. I don't like bones in my food, and I don't like dark meat.

I like to get a whole cut up chicken if It is on sale.If not chicken leg quarters and cut the leg and thigh apart wash them up and grill them.
