I bake whenever I feel like it. I have never set aside a special day for it. I tried to bake bread once and it was like a brick so I just buy store bought. I would like to get a bread machine, but since I just bought a toaster oven this week, I better wait.

I also bake whenever the mood strikes or I have some ingredients that need to be used up. I don't have a certain day set aside for it. Tomorrow I am baking a loaf of banana bread because I have a few bananas that are about to be too ripe to eat.

I bake whenever we need something, when something is going bad or when certain produce is in season. Right now I am doing a lot of baking with Rhubarb.

I don't. I bake cookies when we want treats, and usually make muffins on the weekend, or whatever day my husband is home in the morning.
