Question Do you make things in bulk to save time later in the week?

I will sometimes do this with mashed potatoes......I'll cook up the whole 5lb bag then just reheat a day or 2 with my main dishes.

There are 10 people in my family, so I can only make one meal at a time (due to the lack of large enough pans, etc to make the foods in).

In the past, I have done the Once a Month Cooking type thing.

I do this I cook a bag of potaoes I scramble up ground meat I make up Meatballs a huge batch waffles or pancake with all the people who eat here I have to stay aheard

the only thing I really make in bulk is tomato sauce. I freeze it in ziploc bags.

NO but thats a darn good idea!! Never thought of that. I make alot of instant potatoes and my kids hate them.
