hamburger hashbrown casserole with corn in it - I prepped it last night so dh can pop it in the oven (he gets home from work first)

I got home from work yesterday and SO had already made supper. He made salsa scrambled eggs and mushrooms on toast. It was pretty tasty.

That means chicken pot pie for supper tonight. It's even perfect weather, cold and drizzly.

We have a pork roast in the crock pot and will make BBQ pork sandwiches with coleslaw.
