I've done ground beef, tuna, chicken, ham, and veggies. The kids don't seem to mind it, and it's one good way for me to get some leftovers cleaned out of the fridge.

broccoli and peas---maybe some ham if it is laying around. I have also done a bit of ground beef if it is left over. Use what you have right
