What's that dish that you tend to find yourself looking for in a buffet line or when circling the tables at a big picnic???

I realized a while back that my husband is a pasta salad vulture!!!Honestly the man swoops the table like a hawk

Fresh fruit!

At a buffet, I think I usually look for the mashed potaotes and gravy. Mmmm! Of course I have to check out the dessert line too.
At a picnic/gathering, I too look for my food first. I will try other peoples food, but only if I know them really well.

I do not like baked goods except for the occational cookie so I tend to load up on the "real" food side. I LOVE potato salad, pasta salad, and fresh fruit. I am also a big fan of potato chips--since I do not buy them because they waste money and have no nutritional value I stuff my face at a buffet. It is kind of scary

I am so the same way and so is my husband.We have went to many things and ate nothing there and ate before we left the house cuz we were scared to eat other peoples food cuz it wasn't on ice and so on.If you have ever had warm food at a wedding reception and it was suppose to be COLD you would be scared too
