Smart&Final

1.25 gallons frozen yogurt ~ 6.19
birthday paper plates ~ 2.99
2 large bottles Ranch dressing ~ 9.18
snow cone syrup ~ 2.19
6# salad ~ 3.98

Total for week 4: $24.76

Thanks so much for starting this challenge M2M!!! It has really made me aware of my shopping habits.

Since seeing how I overspend and what I've really been buying, I've decided to alter our shopping strategy. I'm not able to stick with just $50 each week, but am doing more bulk buying and that seems to be working more for our family.

I've cut down those 3-4 weekly trips to the local grocery store. Instead, we are going 2 times per month to Costco. Any other items needed in between, we WALK to the Smart&Final (non-member warehouse type store) that is a couple of blocks away.

This new way of shopping has been a big time saver as well!!

Thanks again M2M for opening my eyes!!

And, check out my siggy... I can't believe that we're still $150 under our monthly budget!!!

I am happy to say this week I spent ZERO! Didn't even go to the store once.
