What's in it???Just ground beef or do you add pork?
Sweet,tomato-ey red sauce on top........or gravy?
How do you bake it......Loaf pan?muffin pan?roaster?
and what do you have with it???
Mine is usually a bee/pork mix
love the red sauce!!!(bo occasionally do the gravy thing in the fall)
loaf pan usually.
and I have to have mashed potatoes and green beans....

I guess my meatloaf is really just a big meatball. I usually only have ground beef, I add, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, one egg, Italian bread crumbs and spagh. sauce. Then I usually bake in muffin tins. Sometimes i tuck a little piece of mozz. string cheese in the middle. If it's topped with anything I prefer gravy instead of ketchup or red sauce.

Mix in large bowl 1 envelope of onion soup mix,2 pounds ground beef,1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs,2 eggs,3/4 cup water,1/3 cup tomato sauce & 1 T, worcestershire sauce.Put in large loaf pan and bake 350 for 1 hour or until done. When it is done I make onion gravy for who wants to put it over it.Here is how I make that-
1 envelope of onion soup mix and one cup water bring to boil.reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes.Stirring.in cup mix 1/2 cup milk and 1 T. flour and slowly add in onion water.Heat about 2 minutes stirring until thick.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
I like mushrooms in meat loaf but no one else does

I lay a layer of onions and canned mushrooms in the bottom of greased glass loaf pan.
Then I take 1lb of lean ground beef, 1 link of itatlian sausage, 1 egg, 1 cup of bread crumbs and maybe 1 cup of salsa. Mix all and put in loaf pan. cook at 350 till done.
When i have company I do the above but half the meatstuff and in the middle put mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese, top with the other half of meatloaf stuff and bake. Then i add more cheese when done!

Haven't made meatloaf in years, but this is what I use:
ground beef
oatmeal
dried onion
ketchup
egg
garlic powder
season salt
I'd bake it in a loaf pan.
I love it with gravy and mashed pots.
When I was growing up, I always ate my meatloaf dunked in ketchup.

This sounds like a fun way to serve it.
How long do you cook the meatloaf when using muffin tins???

I always buy 1 1/2 pounds gr. beef and use the Mccormick meatloaf seasoning with the roasting bag. Around the meatloaf I put sliced onions and cubed potatoes, seasoned with seasoned salt. My dh loves it. I serve it with a sweet red sauce, I mix together ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. On the side I usually make green beans that I simmer with Goya ham seasoning and another veggie like fried okra, squash, cabbage, whatever I have on hand.
