I always have this menu and would like to add a few different dishes. Has to be something that can stand the heat of a being outside. Thanks!

What about an ambrosia salad? You know the pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows, coconut and sour cream/whipped cream... Always a hit with my family.

Not sure how it would stand up to being outside though... But if the potato salad is okay it should be...

fruit salad
pasta salad
salsa/chips
veggie tray with dip
spinach dip- maybe even in a bread bowl
chilli to have on the hot dogs or to just eat

You should try the asian salad!!!

People ALWAYS tend to LOVE IT......and it's NOT a mayo based salad...so it could handle the outdoors better than some.

I was gonna say a pasta salad too. Just cook of some garden rotini and add vegtables and seperating Italian dressing. My family LOVES this, its definatly a favorite around here.

Another one is marinated cukes and tomatos in seperating italian.

A tip, you can buy some of those totes or bins from walmart, the Sterlite ones are wicked cheap. Fill them with ice during serving andkeep in the shade to keep your mayo items cold.
