We are having crockpot swiss steak with mashed potatoes. I will make a gravy out of the sauce in the crockpot and corn with diced onion and lima beans.

What's everyone else cooking tonight?

We're having a weird lunch/dinner at 3 with my inlaws. Taco salad. I am bringing fruit, apples and oranges cut up.

I am gonna bread and pan fry some bone/skinless chicken....mashed potatoes,gravy and green beans.

and pumpkin milkshakes for dessert


breakfast was scrambled egg sandwiches
snack was grapes and lunch was salads

I can't decide if I want Poppy Seed Chicken or somesort of Chicken Curry..given how odd my gut is feeling today, I'll probably go with the poppy variation as it's the milder flavored recipe. The good part is, the chicken is already roasted, shredded, and bagged...

after thai food yesterday with rice and noodles, we're back on the low carb train today
we had steaks and sauteed zucchini, red peppers, mushrooms and a little onion.
ds had mac n cheese with hamburger and broccoli in it

Got home at around 5-ish after a four hour drive home. So dinner tonight was chinese take out. Easy prep and clean up! I will get back to cooking meals at home tomorrow.
