What meals can you prepare in ten minutes flat? Here are a few of mine:

- Fried eggs on and english muffin with a slice of American Cheese
- Quesadillas: I like to include black beans, cheese, chicken, rice, whatever we have in our fridge.
- Crab legs with butter (not frugal, but certainly yummy! I buy these when I see a BOGO sale at Cub Foods)
- Sauteed fish filets (season and add lemon and butter)

For me it's all about the prep I do early in the week!

Quesadillas
meatball subs (freeze extra batches of homemade meatballs, so I can just defrost and simmer in sauce)
Hot roast beef or turkey sandwiches with mashed potatoes
Tuna or chicken salad toasted on an english muffin
breakfast for dinner
ham steaks with pineapple salsa

-bean dip with tortilla chips (I use refried beans, sour cream with taco seasoning, cheese and whatever veggies I have in the fridge)
-waffles
-grilled cheese and tomato soup (I add basil to the tomato soup to make it less "campbells")
