I'm still watchin.........and rooting for you!!!!!

You did a FANTASTIC job last month!!!And I agree w/what you said earlier...sometimes you can make the BIGGEST change just by giving yourself the chance to really see where you go wrong.

I totally support you and your effort.....and hope for another month of success

Aww... thanks M2M!! But, I really don't hold a candle to most of you here. I'm really trying, and almost obsessed, with getting that food budget down. You all are doing so well!!!

I think DH is becoming the prime suspect budget buster!!! Out of the $46 I've spent so far this month, only $18 was spent at the grocery store! The rest was DH stopping here and there at the drive throughs!!! I have to work on that man!!!

I have tried before, but done horrible at keeping track of my spending! So I'm aiming for $300 this month. So far I have made 2 stops:

Walgreen's:
1 pack diapers at $8
2 packs Mr. CLean wipes $.87 each
$10 total

Ingles:
Milk $4.59
Sirloin tip roast $6.24
2 Maxwell House coffee $5
3 lb bag yellow onions $2.38
$18.76 total

So far I have spent $28.76, leaving $271.24 for the month.
