With me quitting my job, I decided to jump in on this. My usual budget for my family of 5 is $350-400. As of today, I have spent $136.65. I'm going to try for $250 this month total budget.

Hi girls...I'm new to the site as well but do love reading all the great tips when I get a chance. I try to keep the grocery bill to $150 every two weeks..we are a family of 3. I used to be able to go the full two weeks but lately with the price of food I find myself going over and having to run to the food store again. Is it better to get some things at walmart or sam's and others at the food store??? Please share your wisdom!!!

Thanks

Just a grocery store that's been around since the 20's, only in the Tulsa area. The prices are really high compared to WM but once in a while they do have a good sale. Here's a link to the original site, a beautiful landmark.
