Question How do you cook fresh green beans???

I simmer mine in water w/lots of bacon fat......then the last 1/3 of the day drop in some new red potatoes.....mmm mmm mmmm comfort food

I steam them. Sometimes, I serve them with salt, pepper, and little butter. Other times, after I take them out of the steamer, I pan fry them with a little sesame oil, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds.

We had fresh green beans just last night and I simmered them for a little bit. Added pepper and garlic salt to them and they were so yummy!

Steam them until tender but still crispy. Before serving I squeeze lemon juice on them. Yummy!!
