Home made Egg mcmuffin or breakfast burrotto

once in a blue moon pancakes or french toast with fruit

We never do a big breakfast at breakfast time. DH leaves for work around 4:45 a.m. to be there by 5:00 and unless one of the boys are awake I don't get up to make him b-fast before he leaves, I know bad wife!!! He eats cereal or a pop-tart.

I do the usual breakfast stuff listed except it's always for supper. Usually eggs, toast, bacon or sausage and either pancakes or waffles or french toast. If we don't have toast I make those frozen hashbrowns from Aldi. Sometimes we have biscuits too. We just had pancakes and bacon the other night for supper. YUMMO!!!
