My dh loves the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches with the meat, egg, and cheese but at almost $6.00 a box they are a little pricey to buy every week. Does anyone know if you can make these ahead of time and freeze them? I don't think I'd have a problem with freezing the meat, bread, and cheese, but does scrambled egg freeze okay? Are there any problems with texture when you thaw it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
