MMM! I forgot all about watergate salad! I love that stuff. I have been waiting for a family get together to make it. If I just make it at home, than I know I would eat the whole thing.

I like dirt cups or I really like to make the following: melt chocolate chips and crunchy PB together, when melted add Cheerios. Completely coat the Cheerios and make tablespoon sized mounds on waxed paper lined sheets. Refrigerate until set. Yummy!

We love strawberry shortcake made with angel food cake (from the grocery store), cut up fresh strawberries, and a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt. We eat this all the time and it couldn't be easier.
