What combination do you like in your smoothies?

One of our favorites is-
1 banana,
strawberries,
orange juice,
touch of water

and blend it up real good.Yummy.You can use any other fruit but we keep that combination though.

Ours is:

Milk
ice
bananna
chocolate syrup

If you are feeling really adventurous you can add ice cream to this.

I never met a smoothie I didn't like.....I agree w/RyansMom...the straw banana is just always a winning combo and the oj helps to make it.

I also like Raspberry and Peach ones w/ice and a little peach yogurt.

I use frozen strawberries, bananas and peaches and a small amount of apple juice. Using frozen fruit, especially the banana, gives your smoothie the perfect consistency - no ice needed.

Mine vary depending on what is in the freezer and such.

Juice, yougurt, frozen (strawberris, raspberries, blueberries, mango), and a banana...

What ever we have we add.

What ever is left goes into popsicle molds.

My little sister has a personal favourite... vanilla natural yoghurt, scrape a vanilla pod in there, tbsp of honey, tsp of vanilla extract, pour in a little milk. It's VERY vanilla but that's what she likes, and it IS actually pretty good and healthy. You can make it with fruit flavoured yoghurt and throw a little of the fruit in there too.
