I add a packet of taco seasoning and a can of beans, whatever I have on hand.

Taco seasoning and a can of tomato sauce. I cook refried beans separately and we add them separately to the taco. (everyone likes theirs slightly different)

I add half a can of diced tomatoes w/ green chiles, and cook with garlic and onion if I have some.

DH always adds Seasoning Salt! (Like we need anymore salt in our diet!)

I never add anything except the taco seasoning packet.

I do the taco seasoning packet (off-brand) and then I usually add onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin. I wish dh would let me put onions and peppers in it.

Sometimes we add the refried beans in and sometimes we just heat them up and add them in seperate.

Thanks for advising me that I can freeze the refried beans, we never eat the whole can.

I love the idea of kidney beans Kim. I might have to try that next time.

Always diced onion, always beens, taco seasoning and sometime---cooked rice, drained can of diced tomato, and a bit more garlic depending on the seasoning mix
