I have a casserole that I have been wanting to make all week and it takes about an hour to bake so I have been putting it off since I don't get home until late.. so this morning I thought to make fried potatoes and have a salad on the side..

I thought it was funny that you posted this since fried potatoes you don't hear much about...

just saying Hello to start with! first post...long time Kitchen lurker, first time poster! I mainly just use this area of the forums, it's super helpful for recipes! Thanks ladies.

Tonight for dinner we had homemade chicken lasagne, and breaded mozarella goujons which I got from the supermarket freezer section
Breakfast was cereal and toasted Brioche, Lunch was packet ramen noodles with chilli sauce and chicken broth mixed in (Random huh?) and cheese and crackers.

My mother in law brought a load of chocolate bars round before so we have been enjoying them for a dessert...naughty!
