I like mine with cheese, a slice of ham, a little squirt of ketchup, all on a toasted bagel or english muffin!

I must also live in the dark ages because I have never heard of them either, fried egg sandwiches yes, but not scrambled.

Fried egg on toast with cheese and butter!

I just scramble the egg, pour it in the pan and let it cook together without scrambling it in the pan- make sense?

Normally my scrambled eggs have onion, garlic, salt, pepper, ham, peppers and cheese in it. Then I put it on buttered toast and cover the eggs in ketchup. If I have bacon I'll add some bacon then too.

Scrambled eggs go in a tortillia with hot sauce, cheese, onion, and avocado

Fried egg sandwich are on regular bread with raw onion, pickles and ketchup

We have it in a barmcake (British speak for a soft bread bun, quite large) or a bagel, with bacon or cheese or both and HP brown sauce. (not sure if you have that in the States but it's like a fruity, ketchuppy, barbequey type thing :-)
