How many people cook a bunch of bacon up at one time?

I was wondering if there is a lot of people out there that cook bacon ahead of time?How many packages do you do at a time?What do you use it for?

I get mine marked down for .99 each and when I get 2-3 packs in the freezer I bake it up.I then re-freeze it for potato salad,fried potatoes,sandwiches or crumbled on top of salads.

I don't dare because I'll eat it all. I've been known to eat 2lbs of bacon before. By myself. In one sitting

I have to force myself not to eat to much.I have to eat some of it when cooking it too.Yummy!

I usually dont cook up extra......but I do cook the whole pkg when I need some and then use it up.

Goodness if I cooked 2-3 pkg at a time.......I'd eat it all too

.Bacon is one of those things you simply cannot cook and NOT eat.

I really very rarely make bacon...if I do make it for some reason, for the kids to eat with breakfast. I'll make the whole package and use it for BLT's and Pasta Carbonara. I don't make 'extra' though. I keep uncooked bacon frozen, in the package, until I need it.
