DH is going to Boy Scout camp with DS next week and had to get a physical. Turns out that he has developed diabetes . . . ! We eat a lot of bread and pasta at our meals, and I know this will have to change.

Anyone have any good recipes to share?

Also, don't be shy about sharing any advice on the whole subject of managing diabetes! We are completely new to this and would welcome any wisdom!
