Last night I had a baquette from my mom who gets the day old bread free and sliced it really thin (i wasn't sure what I was gonna do with it since it was stale) drizzled EEVO over them and then sprinkled my fav seasoning over then. Baked at 200 for 1 and 1/2 hours till crisp.. MMMM good.. just like tasty gourmet crackers.

Our garden is not producing good green peppers so instead of letting the little thin green peppers go to waste.. I am dicing them and then putting them in the dehydrator to save for winter soups I am goin to do the same with the abundant squash and zucchini....

I am thinking I will layer the dehydrated veggies with rice or barley and instructions for veggie soup in mason jars..
