I stink at meatloaf! It is so good to eat though! I talked to someone just yesterday and he said when you bake it, put the loaf on top of a cooling rack, so the grease drips down away from the meatloaf. Good luck, maybe we'll both get a good recipe!

I had found this recipe on the Kraft site. My husband says I am the Queen of Meatloaf and loves this for dinner as does my daughter. I have to admit the flavour that the Chicken Stove top stuffing gives it is incredible and it's always moist!

1 lb. (900 g) lean ground beef 1 pkg.
(120 g) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup BarBQ Sauce, divided

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.

SHAPE meat mixture into oval loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.

BAKE 1 hour or until cooked through (160ºF).

I always add a little more bbq sauce into the mixture as well I sometimes will add an envelope of onion soup mix. I have never had this turn out bad!

enjoy!
