What about making up some casseroles and freezing them?? You could probably get at least three casseroles out of that huge of a can.

I was going to say the same thing (only I would say hot dishes instead of casseroles)

Tater tot casserole, pasta bake (I make mine w/cut up cooked chicken, cooked penne or spiral fusilli pasta, place in dish w/soup over, lots of salt and pepper, breadcrumbs and cheese over the top), chicken noodle casseroles (lots of recipes in the casserole section), pour in the crock pot with chicken breasts or hamburger meat and slow cook and serve over rice w/veggies for a REALLY simple meal. Of course don't overlook putting some aside in a tupperware and freezing it and using for chicken soup and lunch meat and cheese sandwiches, my kids love this for a quick dinner.
