Not sure if this is the right place for sure, but I need ideas. My DH and I own a Automotive store and I need to feed the people that help us. Sometimes that can be up to 8 people. Running for fast food is to expensive and unhealthy. Make ahead meals, Casseroles, anything. Im not the best cook and I really need to start working on it. Im going to go start searching on here now for some ideas for home right now. Thanks.

Are these people your employees?? If so can I ask why you have to feed them?? Dont get me wrong, I think it is great that you want to feed them. I have never worked anywhere that an employer fed us besides ordering some pizzas every few months.
I would say for easy and cheap meals, go with something like sloppy joes, bbq beef or pork for sandwiches. Both could be made ahead of time and just throw in a crock pot to heat. There are some other really great ideas in the crock pot section here, first one that comes to mind is chili dogs from mommytomercedes.

2 of the people that are in there own another business that share the building with us, so we usually eat together. We are a fairly new business and it's just we can't actually afford to hire an official employee yet. DH has some friends that come down and help when they can. Lunch is about the only payment they get right now Hopefully soon we will be set up enough to get actual employees, then I will only have to worry about DH and Myself. Thanks so much for the ideas.
