the chicken enchilada recipe i got from here only with hamburger this time....man the family loves it.

Breakfast: Hot pockets, apple slices, milk
Lunch: lo chicken strips, salad
Dinner: Salmon, grilled asparagus, salad. lo no bake cookies-everyone loves them!

well i have chilli in the croc pot its hot and humid and will be turning on the air so we won't care that we are eating it lol.

Chicken Stir Fry, rice.

breakfast was bacon sandwiches on wheat bread and granola bars
lunch was chicken noodle soup with bread
dinner is going to be a sort of Mexican Wrap bar - tortillas, seasoned chicken cut into strips, refried beans, rice, salsa and i'll do some mac n cheese too

I've made some chocolate-peanut butter brownies today too

I got a bbq pork in the crock pot for sandwiches.
