Thank you to all of you who gave me ideas for the appertizers for my cake club. I did try what Ruthie gave me and they were great too but I needed something that would be ok with out heating. The electrical outlet didn't work and there was no way to even plug in the crock pots people brought.

I went with Cucumber sandwiches and party pretzels. Both of the receipes are in the appetizer thread. The only thing I did differently with the sandwiches is less mayo and lemon pepper seasoning sprinkled on the top of the cream cheese. I didn't need as many sandwiches as the original would have made so I did that alteration to keep me from having lots of leftovers.
