coconut french toast with mangos and raspberries - all of my husband's favorite foods! Oh, an marzipan cake for dessert, also his fave.

Breakfast: Cereal, apple slices
Lunch: chicken strips and salad
Dinner: Salmon, aspgaragus and salad. We were suppose to have that last night, but dh and I spent four hours in the hot sun working on the backyard and I couldnt make myself cook. Ended up having kfc last night.

Hmmm.... DH is out of town, so I'm being lazy.

I'll probably make either mac-n-cheese or grilled cheese sandwiches...
