1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground celery seed
1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ground bay leaf
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

The difference between BLACK AND WHITE PEPPER......

Everyone should have black and white pepper in their kitchens!

Black pepper is a bit strong,w/a hot flavor good for seasoning lots of stuff.
(as we all know...cause that's all most of us have )

White pepper is less hot and looks better in lighter colored dishes where you might not want the black specks.

(although my ultimate favorite blend for my grinder has black white red and green.......pepper never tasted so good )
