I have an awesome recipe that involves cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, chocolate chunks and peanut butter chips.

I do not like add-ins or frosting on my brownies. I'm a purist that way. My DH keeps adding chocolate chips to brownies and it ruins them. They should just be dense, fudgy, and not-frosted. With no nuts.

I like to melt some caramel and put that on top and then top it with white choc chips. Muy bien!

My husband can't stand plain brownies, so I actually wrote a whole article about this. (HERE) His favorite is the cream cheese brownies, and mine is the mint frosting.

I always add hershey's syrup...other times I add choc. chips, chopped up candy bars etc. I do like them with nothing in them..but I always add the chocolate syrup as it makes them moister longer!
