If so...what do you sneak into what???

One BIG thing that I discovered a while back(and luckily she's better w/meat now)is that if I pulled out a cup or 2 of the spaghetti sauce and hit it with the stick blender.....dd would eat it and not notice it was meat.
(she loved meatballs but wouldn't touch chopped up hamburger in spaghetti sauce...go figure)

another thing we love here is broccoli...she does too but she's a little finicky about it....she doesn't like it chunky(is by no means impressed with the entire "little tree" idea)but if I over cook hers and smash it up love love loves it in mashed potatoes or alfredo sauce.

No not really. I did start putting extra veggies in my pasta sauce, but for another motive, to stretch it out. My kids aren't THAT finicky, except for my oldest who won't eat potatoes. No biggie, she'll eat pasta and rice, so she still getting her protien.

Honestly I'm not and I don't particularly like the entire thing though have no qualms with people who do this. To me, when it comes to children, I don't want to disguise healthy foods because I want my children to like them. Sure, you can make a brownie with zucchini in it and feel great because you got vegetables into your child...however, to your child it's *just a brownie*. They see it as mom giving them a brownie. I'd much rather teach my children to really enjoy the healthy foods to begin with. Then again, I say all of this as a mom who doesn't have a picky eater - my son was just upstairs eating a cucumber (not peeled or cut up, just crunching on it) lol
